Gotenba Kogen hotel has a promising location near scenic Mt. Fuji and the Gotenba Premier Outlet, making it potentially great for visitors. However, my recent experience was marred by unexpected kitchen renovations that led to a disappointing dining experience. The lack of Wi-Fi and an awkwardly arranged business center added to the frustration, making it hard for me to enjoy my stay. Overall, while the view was beautiful, I wouldn't choose to return again.
